Mick came and set up two black boxes outside the house and set trap boxes inside the house, waiting for the technician to come and seal the holes and complete the work

Affordable Pest inspected our home for mice. James showed us his finding and explained his recommended course of action as well as what to expect as we moved through the process. In addition to the traps being set we also had mice in our attic which required the removal of insulation; thorough cleaning of the attic and after three visits to confirm there were no longer mice in the attic the new insulation was blown in. We felt very comfortable with Affordable Pest's treatment of the problem They consistently communicated with us when they would arrive; they were respectful of our property and efficient. On of the areas we were most impressed with was the knowledge each employee had about our problem. Everyone listened to any questions we had and answered them in detail. They explained every step along the way. Kudos to James, Mike, Tim and Chris!! We would highly recommend Affordable Pest and will continue to use them to prevent any future infestation of pests. The exterminator was very knowledgeable on the topic, very professional! They were able to get everything done quickly and were extremely kind and friendly.

Two men arrived at 7:30am and went to work quickly. They wore masks which I appreciated. The location where I had seen bat droppings they installed the screen. There was another location where there was a hole but after they checked it out they said it didn't look like bats were getting in there so they sealed it. They will return in two weeks to take down the screen, clean the area and seal.

They did a great job provide a reasonable price, promote service, and completed the work in a professional manner. Brett did a wonderful job giving me an estimate and explaining the service to be performed. He was very responsive to my questions and did a great job following up.

We have had Afordable Pest for a couple of years. They are very good. They come when called for extra trips. They have super friendly techs who care about the property too.

Sauli and Devine did a great job with insulation blow-in (if there was a 6-star rating then they'd get it). The upstairs are so much cooler and life is so much better thanks to them. Sauli built a foam-board barrier around the attic opening that keeps insulation from falling out and put in planks to permit safer walking in the attic, secured the end of a duct, and put a cover over a box connected to a ceiling exhaust fan. The attic was hot and the work must've been difficult but the work was done in an excellent manner. Sauli explained things and cleaned up after the work was done. What I like best of all is his ownership of work done -- it was done to his standard of excellence. Sauli's work is what will keep customers coming back to Affordable Pest. Finally, both are very personable professionals who are trusted to be in my home. This may have been the best work ever done in a home that I've owned and it is certainly the best work done in recent memory. Thanks Sauli!

They cleaned the vents and covered the entry points with a wired mesh. The work was good. Only complaint is that it was re-scheduled twice. Each time, they would call but not leave a message. I would have to call back to learn when they would be coming back. This wasn't a big deal since I'm working at home due to COVID.
