They have been very responsive, follow-up, and got rid of my major ant problem. They also left traps for rats and I have not seen one since they did so. I also called them today for a major ant infestation in my daughter's house and they promised to be there tomorrow. As I said they are reliable and responsive.

They did an excellent job of treating the base of the house, under a deck and even made an extra trip out in the summer to treat a couple of wasp nests we discovered high up on the siding and in a dryer vent--no extra charge. We were very pleased with the service!

Initially there was a glitch in the scheduling of the initial installation of the equipment. The owner was very apologetic and compensated us with some free service.

They were good. We just did not have that many mosquitoes that we really had a problem with.

I had a great experience. Their prices are great and their people are courteous and know their business. Once I had to reschedule because the technician ran very late, but other than that I have had only positive experiences.

My cats had killed a mouse in the house, so we had called to set up the winter rodent exclusion as well as do extermination. The people from Affordable Pest did fill some gaps on the outside of my house with foam. They set up traps and bait inside the house, but never caught any mice. They also encouraged me to sign up for a "quarterly pest service," which I did. Well, I've never had any pests in the house aside from a few mice, and haven't had any after the quarterly pest service, so I can't say that they did anything one way or another. A few months after the initial attempt to rid the house of mice, the cats killed another mouse. A tech came out, looked at the traps, and did nothing. I then decided to cancel the quarterly pest service, since it didn't seem to be doing anything that my cats can't do. I cancelled the service, but am still being billed.

Every fall we have a few week period where ants start making an appearance in our home. The technician came to the house, on time, and inspected the trail. He seemed very knowledgable about the type of ant and remedies. He treated the yard and interior and resolved our ant issue. He was honest and knowledgable. I would definitely use this company again

They did exactly what needed to be done.

They were good and I liked them. They showed up when they said they were going to and their product appeared to work. They were pleasant and did a nice job.

The price was average but the technicians did not seem to want to do a complete job. I had to keep pointing them to the areas in our house. I did not like that I had to go around telling them how to do their job. I was not satisfied with their performance and cannot recommend them to anyone.

They were consistent & did the work. After 6 months we haven't seen another bedbug since. If I had a pest problem again I'd go back to them.

I have renewed my annual service contract for several years. Very satis died.

I used the Big Deal and I found it reasonable. They were prompt; they came back when the mosquitoes came back and sprayed. They were pleasant to work with. They were nice.

I purchased a deal where they come out twice. The first guy came out and did very little. Then we had to reschudle a few times due to the hurrican which is understandable. So then they wanted to scheudle me from 11 to 1 and I could not do that so I asked for 10 to 12. They came at like 12:30. The second guy was very good and put a lot of traps down and covered a hole in the wall. But by this time our mouse had seemed to be going away already. Then he tried to sell me a reoccurring plan. The scheduling was really a pain.

Came when expected, price was reasonable, haven't seen any bugs in the house since hiring this company. All seems well!

The job was done, just not sure how effective.

It was ok; you get what you pay for. I had problems with mice and they took a good look around the house and set traps. I haven’t had a problem since.

I called and made an appointment for the work. On the day of the appointment, I got a call from the serviceman that he was unable to keep the appointment as an earlier scheduled service took longer than anticipated. I asked if they would call me to reschedule and was assured they would. I did not get a call. I called and explained the need to reschedule - no expression of regret for the inconvenience. Very unprofessional. When he finally came out, he seemed to know what he was doing. Service was understandably limited by the terms of the coupon, e.g. not treating ground outside the house for ants. I really hate having to chase people to get work done. Won't call them again.

Appt dates were sometimes confused - showed up on wrong date or showed up w/o calling first so I was not home and unable to have the interior treated. We had spotted a rat under our deck/in the ivy area, and they were able to put out poison blocks all under the deck. Never saw one after that.

Even after the service and sprayings, I still had ants. At the end of the service, I chose not to continue with them, yet I kept being billed and visits from them. After a few phone calls, they finally canceled it out.

The rep installed sealed bait boxes in places our dogs can't access (the boxes are also so well sealed they couldn't get into them). (As the rep explained, the mice eat the bait, which makes them thirsty and drives them outdoors to seek relief). The reps are courteous, professional and informative. The company has been punctual about letting us know when to expect the outdoor spraying service. We are happy with Affordable Pest's performance and renewed for a second year of service.

Very pleasant technician; he complied with my requests to do foundation of deck and porch as well as shed.
