Description of Work: Charged $1400 for whole house service and their warranty program. During the last snow storm we lost power, but when power returned the control pannels did not come back on. While the service pannels were off, ADT kept calling saying that the battery signal was low and I was eventually able to make clear the pannels were not working. ADT came out to inspect them and then claimed my warranty didn't include replacement for the pannels. I would need to pay extra to replace them. Their equipment hasn't performed up to standard, only lasting two years, as my previous one lasted 18 years.
