Adelphia Exteriors

Description of Work: This rating would be an across-the-board "A" but for one mix up at the beginning. The $99 deal seemed too good to be true and it was. The person who came to explain the deal apologized up an down that the add as presented by Angie's List was misleading in that the special was not for a complete attic but for a very small(100 sq ft or so) area--not for a full attic of about 1700 sq ft like mine. He claimed that the add is incomplete and that Adelphia Exteriors was at fault for not having caught the error in the first place. | |He then offered me a "special deal" given my disappointment over the incomplete offering. I accepted, and was ultimately happy with the work. I recently saw the "Deal" advertised on Angie's List again a few days ago. That tells me that they were not truthful with me or that somehow there is a lack of marketing quality control at Adelphia or at Angie's List!! | |Having said that, the work was performed on 29 May. It was a very prompt and professional job for which I am thoroughly pleased. | |

Description of Work: First, George Koutsis came to the house to look at the situation. We then decided to the remove the old cellulose insulation and replace that with new fiberglass insulation. He carefully explained the whole process and the payment. He generously applied my first payment to the removal of the old insulation and gave me a good price on the new. Everything was done in a timely and professional manner. The workers were courteous, very careful and cleaned up everything afterwards.
