TREE SERVICE LITTLE JOHNS

Was unreliable, did not show up when he said he was. Sent two guys out the first day. They were late, but did work on removing concrete steps. He was supposed to show up at 1pm. Called at 3 to say he wasn't coming. Claimed rain the next day. While it rained in neighboring areas. My zipcode was rain free. I texted him this info then I called him at 5. He said he would call me right back. He did not call. He texted me the next morning and informed me that he had problems with his truck at 830 am, but that someone was coming to pick him up and he would be at my home shortly. At 2pm, he had not shown up or communicated in anyway. I texted that this was not working for me and I would square up with him tomorrow for work he already did, but I did not want to continue with him. I let him know that he promised work finished by Friday. It was now Sat, and there is still over half the job to do. He was unreliable and not communicating with me. We spoke on the phone and he began yelling at me and berating me. I called the local police dept to file a report. The conversation escalated so rapidly that it left me shaken. I have every intention of paying him for what he already did, but there will be a uniformed officer to witness the exchange and to serve a no trespass order. I have since found out that this business owner has received other complaints such as this, regarding not finishing work. Im not sure if he just felt he could scream at me because I was a female. I suggested that we only correspond by email from now on and he explained that he does not email and why would he email me, his wife does that. THEY WERE VERY GOOD. THEY PERFORMED VERY PROFESSIONALLY. THEY WERE VERY POLITE & CAUTIOUS. THEY DID A FINE JOB ON MY TREES WITHOUT HACKING THEM UP & THEY WERE VERY REASONABLY PRICED.
