I spoke with the owner over the phone and wasn't able to get a very specific idea of what her cleaning entailed, but did get a price. We arranged for her to come to my home. The first thing she looked at was my living room and immediately stated she didn't dust and knick knacks. I have a decorative table with a lamp, dried flower arrangement and book; a coffee table with two candlesticks and small flower arrangement, and side table with a lamp and decanter. Not a lot of stuff. I was astonished. I told her I did want the knick knacks dusted. (Who would dust furniture and put dusty accessories on top of the clean surface?) She was ready to leave then. I asked if she wanted to see the rest of the house since she was already there. She agreed. She walked through the house, then we talked in the kitchen. She kept emphasizing if she took me on I'd be her last client because her business was growing so large. In the next breath she talked about it was just her and her daughter cleaning, and her daughter was about to leave and she didn't want to clean. She wanted to be in the office, but didn't want to hire someone she didn't know and had to train! Very mixed messages. She said she'd talk to her daughter and call back, which she didn't. I wouldn't hire her. For the price quoted knick knicks should be cleaned. I didn't like the 'hard sell'. I'm worried about her meeting her commitments with only two people when one is leaving and she is unsure about hiring a replacement, and when she's trying to get out of the day to day cleaning herself.

Michelle Harvill is the name of the owner. They are very good, efficient, and fast. I would use them in the future.
