Special Touch Cleaning

Special Touch devotes a lot of time to cleaning the house. Other providers take about 1.5 hours, but Special Touch spends 3.5 hours on the same house (at a lower price point), resulting in a much cleaner home with more little details and special attention. Before the first cleaning, I was given the opportunity to specify what cleaning products I prefer or dislike. When the first cleaning took place, my specifications were met (I'm very sensitive to chemical smells). The cleaning is very methodical and in the right order (wood floors mopped last). The stairs were cleaned by hand, which helps greatly with all the pet hair in my house. Unlike other cleaning services, Special Touch pays attention to the details: you can tell that a surface isn't just swiped for the sake of calling it cleaned - it is cleaned until it is clean. The final result isn't just big-picture clean: the corners, crevices and non-obvious spaces are cleaned. Special Touch was flexible with our preferences, and they invited input and special instructions. The service was also friendly and professional. I didn't have to lock up my dogs, and they were treated with patience and friendliness. I intend to continue to use the service.
