I got a quote from Sheltons Wildlife Removal for bat removal. This quote included screening of vents, one-way door installation, and vent disinfection. The screening and one-way door installation was done on the first visit. The disinfection was to take place two weeks later. Unfortunately, when I called to schedule the disinfection, I did not get a response. However, Lee Shelton reached out to me to correct the issue. He apologized for the oversight and went above and beyond to make it right. The job has been completed and we are more than happy with the work. I absolutely would recommend Sheltons Wildlife Removal.

They listened and answered my questions. They took the time to walk me through what was damaged (educational) and what was done to repair the damage caused by the raccoon and other small animals.
