Description of Work: Bob came in for an issue I was having with my shed lights. Could have replaced everything but was very honest and found only the switch was needed to be replaced. Then he replaced a couple of more in the house. He originally gave me a price which also included a new remote light switch, but since these were really not worth the price, he cut his bill by half, even though he spent a week researching this. Will have him here anytime I have any electrical issues.

Description of Work: I called for an estimate to paint the front of my town home and fix some boards on a bay window. Estimate was scheduled for about a week later. Was told repeatedly that I would have to pay $25.00 for estimate. On the day the estimate was supposed to take place, I received a call and was told he was not coming. Would be out the next day. Never showed never called. This was a small project to see how he worked before I had him do several large remodels. If you can t even get to the estimate for a fee then how can you expect the work to be reliable? I don t know how he got such a good rating. Maybe I am the exception but a call would have been the least he could have done if he didn t want to do the work.
