LA (Lake Anna) Handyman

Complaint: I was quoted $125.00 to hang up 9 pictures/paintings (all very small one hook except 1) with a very little touch up paint in one room. It wasn’t him that came, it was his son-in-law and friend. They took apart my sectional (to get behind it to hang the picture) and placed all the paintings on the ground. They stopped a 1/2 hour in and said they had to run to the shop to get picture hangers and also did not come equipped with a stud finder. They said they would be back in 1 hour. After the hour went by they said there boss “Brian Ross” said the job was bigger then he thought (even though nothing had changed from our previous conversation when he charged $125.00) and said it would be double. I took the day off from work and could not believe the unprofessionalism on top of them not coming prepared at all and then once starting the job trying to charge me double. Once I explained that I was not gonna pay over what I was quoted his helper said he would do it for the same price and would come back out the next day. He never showed or called. In every which way this experience was terrible.
