Top notch. Technician came after hours on Friday evening to provide temporary fix so we would have a/c over the weekend. Sales person came Saturday morning with options and pricing. No high pressure. Offered military discount and credit for temporary repairs. New unit was installed Monday morning. One minor adjustment was required after installation. Technician arrived within two hours of my service request. Totally satisfied!

We got three quotes for similar products. All prices were very close, went with Garnett as they would use the cost we paid to do a quick our system towards the cost of replacing the unit. I have no complaints, they were on time and replaced everything quickly.

I called on 90+ degree day and our AC wasn't blowing cool air. They said they would have someone out within 2 hours- he arrived 10 minutes later! He stated our system was low on coolant, which he could top off but that wouldn't solve the problem long term. As our system was 17 years old he said they could have someone come out the next day to give us an estimate on a replacement. They were running late the next day, but once they arrived they were extremely thorough with all of the options they gave us. My husband couldn't be there and he answered all of his many questions via email very quickly. We got quotes from several companies which actually all came back with similar prices and options, Garnett credited the price of the original call on the new system. They replaced our AC and furnace all in one day, everything is working great now!

We agreed a very competitive price with Garnett, and they installed the new Heat pump and Air handler units, as scheduled, as well as removing the old units. The sales team was professional and thoroughly analysed our needs and requirements before recommending the equipment we needed. The price quoted was competitive and the work was undertaken very professionally and quickly. We have no hesitation in recommending Garnett Refrigeration as a professional and reliable provider.

My AC unit was freezing up so I contacted Garnett to have a tech come troubleshoot. While on the phone I was able to speak with a tech to help me understand what may be causing my issue. A few days later a tech came out to troubleshoot. They would have been out sooner but I was unable to meet with them for a few days. The tech found a leak on the distributor of the evaporator. Due to the location of the leak and the age of my unit I decided to replace the entire system with a new unit. Andrew showed up shortly after the tech arrived and spent close to six hours with me going over the various options and answering my questions. The following Monday the equipment arrived at my home right on time along with the installation team. The guys did a great job and had everything wrapped up by mid afternoon. There were a couple of very minor issues getting a new return air grille that fit the opening in my ceiling. In my opinion, Garnett is a top notch organization you can trust to do a professional job. The price was a little higher than I expected but I feel like I got a good value for my money.

Andrew Cox worked very hard with us as the sales rep to put in the right unit at the right price. He answered every question we had with detail, often answering emails and texts during weekend or after hours. He seemed to be very patient with us as we asked a lot of questions! He was always very professional and educated us about heating/cooling more than the company which we have used for 20+ years. For the install, he came out with the installers to make sure everything went well. It was apparent that he wanted us to feel comfortable in making a decision. We received two other estimates from other companies, but in the end, Garnett won out with their excellent customer service and follow-through. We chose Garnett over the company we've been dealing with because they went the extra mile, and told us several times that they were interested in our business. I think our previous company was a little too laid back about selling a $9000-$10,000 heat/ AC unit, and really didn't go into any detail, nor did the salesman follow up with us after answering a few questions via emal. On the other hand, as mentioned above, Andrew made sure all our questions were answered promptly with details. To top it off, Chris honored a coupon that was not worded the way they intended on Angie's list . It ended up being worth $1000 off the total. That says a lot about a company's management when they are willing to honor a coupon even though it was worded incorrectly. He could have just as easily said that the coupon was wrong and refused to honor it. Follow up has been great as well; Andrew called a few days after the unit installation to make sure everything was OK. We noticed a small amount of lubricant which had dripped on the outside of the unit housing. He made sure someone came within a day or two to check it out to make sure everything was ok.

This company is polite, timely, neat, and very service oriented. They are also particularly knowledgable about the products they sell and are never bothered or upset by my many questions. Great experience.

We have used them pretty regularly over the last 10 years. For this service, they came out and gave an estimate. I called around to others for comparison. They were the best price. Called them back. They got the job done, right away. The next day (a Saturday) we called them back because of an annoying noise. Tech came out and discovered the panel was not seated properly. Problem solved.

A licensed technician came to my house, took one look at my system and told me the system had been recalled in the 90s for faulty piping that could result in carbon monoxide poisoning. I told him I had an energy savings agreement and no one had ever mentioned unsafe or recalled piping. He said he would contact the home office to find out what to do. He called the home office and told me that it would be $3500-4000 for a new unit. No apology for 5 years of inspections that never caught this problem and no offer to address the issue other than a regular priced new unit. I had the work done by someone else because i had lost confidence in Garnett. In 5 years I had at least 8 inspections by Garnett employees that failed to catch a potentially life threatening issue with my hvac system.

They were great! Came put to give a quote the same day, they were right on time, dressed professionally and cleanly. They came back to install it and its worked great since then. They even fixed some minor errors the other company made when installing our new HVAC unit. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat.

Two years ago, my heat pump ended its useful (10 year) life. I contacted Garnett, received an estimate of proper equipment and cost, and had a new Trane system installed. In August 2013, the outside air conditioner also went to old junk heaven, and I again contacted Garnett as I was pleased with their earlier work,. I had a new Trane AC and furnace installed (the old furnace, upon examination, was also bad). The Garnett people were prompt, professional and cleaned up nicely afterward. I would use Garnett again, as I did after the new heat pump, but hopefully I won't have to with a new and almost new system.

They did a great job, they moved the units from the back to the side of the house, ran new lines into the attic. They came when they were scheduled, and completed the job on time and on budget. They even came back for a followup visit to make sure the units were working as we expected. I would highly recommend Garnett!

When giving me an estimate for replacing our failed 7 year old York heat pump. The representative went over the job in great detail. He a detailed analysis of the requirements for a system and recommended a size 1/2 ton smaller that the previous unit because the old unit was oversize and now working efficiently. Their formal proposal offered three levels of systems from which we chose the top end offering. This seems to have been the right choice since the system is is doing a great job of cooling and making the house comfortable, something the old unit never did. Their installation crew arrived at promised time and quickly removed the existing system and started the installation of the new unit. They kept me informed of their progress throughout the day. The installation was completed in the promised one day. They then gave me a tour of the work they had done with explanations of how the system operates including filter changes and thermostat operation. I am very happy to report that after getting my first full month's electric bill, after a very hot month, it was eighty dollars less that the same period a year ago.

They are very thorough. They do a good job. They checked with me about the price before they do anything. A couple of years ago I had someone come out and tell me I needed a new system. I used them as a second opinion and there was a $40 part that needed to be replaced. I have been loyal to them since then.

The salesman showed up on time and took more measurements than expected. He listened to my concerns and answered my questions., The next day he e-mailed his proposal with several options. Garnett's quote on a Trane system was the lowest of 3. System was installed in a day, within a week from my order. The installers were clean and professional.

Garnett Refrigeration were prompt and professional in coming back with a quote, but they weren't the cheapest. I would call them again for a quote.

We had our 32 year old HVAC replaced in a 2700 sqft home with a Trane that cost under $5000 < Not only did Garnett have the best price around - the service was fantastic- the fellows who worked at the house all day were punctual, respectful, courteous and patient to have my husband observing the whole process. We have dealt with other much larger companies with very frustrating results. Garnett was nothing like the big guys that just want a buck in their pocket. It really seems as if Garnett cares about the people that will be using the products They install. The owner of the company stopped by the install sight during install to check in. Weeks later I ran into him and he inquired about our happiness with the system and reminded me to change my filters. Just really nice people that are pros at installing. Honestly, quality install has been the top of the list for us…. Garnett has both quality and kindness.

It was terrific, no hassle no fuss, just quality and timely service when electricity was out all over the area and my electricity was back but the upstairs air was gone. They came through.

the techs have always been nice and courteous, fixed minor issues, and one even fixed something he noticed was wrong with my dryer. Worth the 149 to go into summer and winter knowing your system is working correctly.

Their prices were really good, they beat other people by a good amount. We'd used them before. They gave excellent pricing and service. We will continue to use them in the future.
