Catering to the homeowner, small jobs are a specialty. Each project is tended to with an artist's hand. Larger projects may be financed by way of payment plans, financed by Eden Landscape, therefore by-passing financial institutions and their interest rates. Eden Landscape's origin (1997) and incorporation (2003) in Georgia proved successful enough to see fit to move to Virginia (2009). With a staff three experienced employees and a partnership with two sub-contractors, all jobs and tasks we set out to accomplish are completed on time, on budget, and have the customer's 100% approval.

I had landscaping done by Eden Landscaping, and I was not pleased. Some of the plants and the earth that was put in was not to quality. The measurements on the retaining wall were not right. The work looked good on paper, but I was not satisfied when the work was done. She was prompt with everything she had to do, but she seemed anxious for the payment instead of doing the work correctly.
Description of Work: Had landscaping done around the perimeter of the house.

Linda is very enthusiastic, has great ideas, and is good at incorporating your concepts while guiding you in what will and won't work. She and her crew were on time, and finished when they said they would, only delayed by rain a few days. She was detail oriented and very hands on in the construction process, especially in placing stone. It was very reassuring to have her there from planning to finished product, since I couldn't be there when the bulk of the work was being done. She takes great pride in her work and has a good crew working for her. At first we had stone on the porch and the color wasn't quite right, so we decided to rip that out and put another stone on. I appreciated that flexibility as well as she didn't charge me extra for that. She wants you to be happy.
Description of Work: Stonework: Covered an existing walkway and front porch with stone. Designed and built another new stone walk to connect to the front porch. Used natural slab boulder stone to expand the size of the porch and create new steps to create a natural Japanese-like look. Removed the existing iron railing from porch. We also had to be careful to not disturb or crush a drainage pipe under ground in the area. They built a special concrete platform for the boulder stoop and managed to avoid that pipe when placing the boulder; no easy feat.

Job 1: The steps are lovely and we've gotten many comments on them. The work was performed when she said it would be, finished when it was to be don and all workers were pleasant to work with. Job 2: The work was done well. They started a day after they'd planned because they couldn't get the right stone from the stone dealer; they let me know what was going on. Once they started, the work was done quickly and looked good. A week or so later, though, one stone on the wall came off. I called Linda and someone came and repaired it within a coupe of days. Also, a week or 2 after the work was done, we had a heavy rain and it was clear that the drain they'd put into the low area wasn't working properly. I again called, and within a couple of days, Linda and another associate came and re-dug/re-routed the drain - which now works absolutely wonderfully, and for the first time since we've lived in this house (6 yrs), we don't have a mud-pit down there after rains!
Description of Work: Job 1: Put in drainage and stone steps on a sloping area that had been a well-worn path at our home, but it was on a slope and when it did rain, there'd be a rushing river. Linda and crew put in five large stone steps with drainage devices worked into the steps.($7500.) Job 2: Eden had performed work for us before; I asked them to come back and add 2 more large steps and another stone dividing fence/flower area. I also asked them to put in a drain for a low area near the new stone work. They leveled the area, put in cement block supports and applied stone over the block to create steps which matched the ones they'd done previously with a very positive and pretty overall effect.($3000.)

I called once left a message with Linda. No one called me back. I called again two days later and spoke with Linda about the work I wanted done. We set up an appointment for 10:00 AM on Monday 5/21. She had my contact number, address, etc. She never showed up, never called to say why.
Description of Work: I wanted landscaping to front and side yard.

I live in the N. GA mountains and I have no grass, just mulch. Linda came out and gave me an estimate on the job. Her estimate was slightly higher than another estimate I had received, however, she impressed me so much with her knowledge and creativity that I decided to go with her. I was so glad I did. She supervised the entire project (which only took two days). She made sure each and every stone was laid the way she thought it looked best. Chris was also very good and extremely efficient. They even dumped some extra fill dirt into another area of my yard where my husband had recently built a retaining wall.
Description of Work: They built a 38 foot stone walkway with pebbles in the mortar. In building the walkway, they had to do some leveling as well as adding a drain to divert water from the house. They also completely cleaned, cut back my front yard and re-mulched it.

Linda and Chris made a very competitive bid and delivered more than was promised. We were very happy with their timeliness, thoroughness and dedication to quality from their team. They showed up ready to work and made substantive progress each day. The play structure was sited perfectly and was erected with close attention to detail and safety. No exposed screw heads or nails. Most importantly, they were communicative and finished the job right the first time. I would highly recommend considering them for your next landscaping project. I would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: Cleared and prepared site for children's playground including retaining wall and fence. Provided playground mulch and erected play structure.

Linda and Chris were fabulous to work with. The work was top quality, they arrived when they said they would and finished when they said they would. The crew was highly professional and polite, provided updates as they worked and that sort of thing. Great communication. Price was very reasonable.
Description of Work: Cleared weeds, installed pine straw, pruned shrubs, general cleanup, installed beds, etc. (We have a multi-acre property and the work was done in various large areas around the place.)
