Cleaning Solutions Inc

I called four days ago for information and to set up an appointment for this individual to come give me a quote. I have not heard back from her. One other reviewer said much the same thing, and I wasn't so sure I should leave a review if I did not receive the service, but as someone else had the same experience, I thought I would concur. It seems disrespectful to have a business and not bother with any sort of contact for days after a message. I will look for someone else to clean my house.

I spoke at length with the owner by telephone about her services and pricing. The pricing was agreed to by phone. We set up an in-home meeting on a Monday. I thought the meeting went very well. I liked her approach and we seemed to be on the same 'page' as far as cleaning expectations. I explained I had already scheduled two other interviews prior to hearing from her and felt obliged to keep them. (I would have done the same if she had been the 2nd interview.) I was careful to tell her it was no reflection on her. She said she understood and simply asked if I could get back to her by the end of the week. I promised her I would. I called her on Thursday and left a message for her to call. When I didn't hear from her, I called again Friday and left a more detailed message asking her to call so we could set up a cleaning. Since she offered to wait a few days to get a commitment, and we had already agreed on a price, I can't understand her failure to call back. Even if she decided she didn't want the job, I would have appreciated a call letting me know and also giving me a reason that might be helpful criticism. The bottom line is I think it was unprofessional to not follow up with me. I'd still consider her as a cleaner if her communication skills were better. I can't speak to the quality of her cleaning.

I loved how reliable they are. They are trustworthy. They do an excellent job, I cannot say enough about them. They are very easy to work with, they are more than willing to do whatever you want if you just tell them. Their rate is very reasonable, they were actually lower than a lot of people I called. Two people I called were actually $100 more for the same service. They did not leave until they were done with the job. They answered the phone when I called and they also gave me a free estimate. I do wish they would provide their own product. I do have a future appointment set up with them.
