+ 1 moreIt was awesome! I hired him to help in sprucing up the house to sell. The roof and house look great. The roof looks like it's brand new and cleaning the gutters was a great addition. I would definitely hire him again when needed on my new house.

+ 2 moreCarter uses a pressurized wash (think well pump pressure of about 60 psi) but NO pressure washer. For this reason, water will not be driven underneath your siding nor will the siding be blown off your house, The solution he uses dissolves the toughest mold, mildew, and dirt accumulations. It took him about 1.5 hours to totally wash/rinse our house. I also had Carter wash my mother's house ( ~2000 sq ft rambler) with the same excellent results (and fair price). Carter is an excellent and conscientious person to do business with. and we will be using his services again.
Description of Work: Our home is 2500 sq ft. We needed to have our home's siding washed at one end of the house that is shaded and was growing mold/mildew. I spent several hours and a LOT of water trying to do so using my pressure washer and ladder but was only able to get a 20' x 20' area clean before my pressure washer died. Since we needed to have the house wash accomplished by a certain date, I called Carter. He came and gave us a reasonable and free estimate to wash the ENTIRE house (not just the problem end). .
