When I initially called, the guy said that he was out of town and would contact me within a week. I let 2 weeks go by and he still had not contacted me. Whatever, the guy was on vacation or something and it slipped his mind. I can forgive that. I contacted him again and he had stated that he had forgot and we scheduled a time for him to come by and give an estimate. He came and looked at the work and stated that he would get back to me that evening with his estimate. I waited, and still nothing. I let 3 weeks go by without any response (went on vacation during this time) and still no response. I called again, and the office lady told me that she would pass along my message and get him to return my call. Still nothing... I've never tried so hard to give someone my money and they fail to even reply.
