I have not only lights on but in this heat I have still not heard from anyone.We regrettably awarded them the job the last trap was on the date indicated and functioned perfectly after repair.Just efficient and did come back to make everything right.

Daniel Runion was the Structural Engineer with whom I contracted to do the work. He was very professional and responsive to phone calls and emails. I sent him a copy of the home inspection in advance of meeting him at the site. He provided a preliminary estimate based on the home inspection documents and then revised after he actually crawled around and did a more thorough inspection. He came well prepared, told me what he was going to do, provided a timeframe for the plans and sent me two hard copies of plans that I could provide to General Contractors. He also provided me with a couple of General Contractors with whom he had worked in the past. I felt that I received excellent service at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend use of this firm and should I need these types of services in the future will contact them again.
