Called and left a voice mail message twice (two different days). Left phone number and location and asked if they could call back about tree work we wanted done. They never returned either phone call.

.Nicest man you can find but his crews either lack any vestige of visual aesthetics in lawn mowing and edging; don't notice or care about quality; cannot deliver any consistency in performance; or possibly any or all of the preceding. The owner was hired based on a referral that highlighted his quality tree trimming, cutting, and removal services. I never got a chance to observe any of those services. Over a more than five month period there were a number of weeks where rain or wet ground prevented access to the trees. Any attempt to position equipment would have caused extensive damage requiring expensive repairs and restoration to the lawn. Conditions weren't that way every day of every week. Unfortunately, whenever the weather cooperated, the job could never be performed due to a panoply of excuses - equipment broke; man didn't show; truck dropped an axle. A job that needed to be completed to complete pre-sale preparations for the property went down the tubes. The insult to injury in all of this was that I continued to employ this company for regular cutting, edging, and blowing services for my lawn. To this day I have no idea of how the various crews who traversed my turf created the array of wildly varying ending results after their departure. Every week, "Sorry to do this but please but please remember not to use the ZTR mower on the turf along the shrubbery beds! Your wheels always end up spinning and creating ruts due to the tight radius of the turn. Thanks!" Invariably upon completion the yard would look like some army sand table map of the Western Front in 1917 with nasty scars across the landscape. "A" for enthusiasm and honesty. "F-" for planning, execution, and learning from past mistakes.

He is really great. He's been mowing our yard twice a month and he sends his crew around at that time; they do a wonderful job and I'm very well pleased with them.

They cleaned up after themselves very well....we didn't even know they had been here. They were quick and efficient. We just gave them a call and they gave us a good estimate. They came when they said they were going to.

They are a kind of small company and we've had no problems with them at all. They are fairly priced compared to everyone else so that's why I continue to use them. They've got a few guys they bring in to cut the yards and there have been no issues.
