+ -1 moreMy house was totally transformed with items I already had and a few minor items I needed to purchase anyway. Her report was very detailed so I was able to move room to room and figure out what to do. She made herself very accessible and answered all my questions. You can rent items from her and she will also go shopping with you to find the right items. My house looks great for showings and my friends have said my house has never looked better. Just wish I had thought of some of her ideas earlier.
Description of Work: I worked with Kim through my real estate agent about 2 weeks before I was to put my house on the market. She went through each room taking notes and pictures. She then went back again and gave me some suggestions of what to move around and change. Two days later she came back out with a full report (room by room) and also brought some samples of items I could rent from her. She also gave me ideas of where to find items if I wanted to purchase them instead. The next week she came back for a final meeting and took staged pictures for my real estate ad.
