The contractor did a good job of repair and showing me the reasons that work or repair was needed. These were discussed and then completed quickly. Follow up with photos and other information was also done quickly and were helpful to me!!

No attention to detail. Moved things that they did not put back. Worked 1.5 hours for 650... it should have been under 500.

I had a very bad metal roof. Bobby fixed a huge hole, loose panels and flimsy attachments. It will buy us time to save for roof replacement. He is the only roofer who actually found the hole that was a major leak.

Bobby was really nice and got me in before hurricane Florence. It was a $400 caulk job but it didn't fix the problem. When I called him back, he came back right away but could not find the problem. I called a handyman who came out, found the problem, and finally got it fixed for another $200.

I was contacted immediately and Bobby came to my house and started repairs, even though it was still raining. The initial leak was stopped. subsequent leaks developed and Bobby returned within two hours of my phone call, evaluated and tried to repair those leaks also, once again while raining. We determined that due to faulty repairs made prior to my purchase of the house a portion of the roofing shingles should be replaced at a later date. I agreed and made a verbale commitment to have Blue Collar do those repairs at a future date. I have every confidence that Blue Collar Roofing is a professional, competent, and reliable company and I shall recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

I needed repair quickly because of the threat of an advancing storm. The contractor assessed the situation and completed the repair. We also discussed the overall condition of the roof and options. I will keep them in mind for when I make the decision to reroof.

These guys came out on a weekend to fix the leak in my roof- they did this because they knew we had serious rain coming- and they didn't want me to wait until Monday. Thank god they made that extra effort- I'm so grateful! The damage would've been terrible if they hadn't gone that extra mile for us and come out earlier than scheduled. Add to that- my roofer was polite and well-priced. You can't beat that.

Bobby was prompt, professional, and courteous. He took his time to explain the roof repair procedure and took care of our problem. We would definitely use him again.

They were very quick to respond and start the job, but the quality was poor. They were to sand down our roof and paint it. The estimate we were given said that they would use five 5 gallon buckets of gray paint. They only used 2. There are parts of the roof that are barely covered, in fact, you can see the green paint in many spots. Plus they didn't do a great job of cleaning off the paint they scraped off, as there are green paint chips rolled into the silver paint.

Was punctual and very courteous. Took pictures of my roof and explained what work needed to be done. Very pleased. Would highly recommend.

Really impressed with Bobby and his service. He was thorough, very personable and worked hard to get the project done in a day. Always feel better when a professional says, "if you have any problems, call me and I'll be out the same day to make it right." Highly recommend!
