+ -1 moreOur back yard was in need of love and Lavery's Sod Farm came to our rescue. We have a small city-sized outdoor living area that had been neglected by the previous owner. We decided we wanted a nice, lush lawn and determined the best way to get it would be by using sod. We called Lavery's Sod Farm directly after being disappointed by the sod we saw for sale at both Home Depot and Lowe's. Lavery's material is healthy, green and is delivered fresh from their fields to us. The owners are extremely helpful with tips for care and even provided us with additional material when we miscalculated and needed several extra rolls. We cannot praise them enough! Their material is healthy, green and the sod is now in year number two and thriving. We would definitely use them again because their prices are extremely reasonable and their knowledge is unsurpassed.
Description of Work: Complete resodding of our backyard. Previous owner had left us with mulch and not one blade of grass.

+ -1 moreWe were very pleased. They were reasonably priced. We recommended them to someone else who wanted sod. They were very nice people; they're farmers. They were very fast.
Description of Work: We used Lavery's Sod Farm in March. My husband wanted to install the sod himself so that's why he went there and picked it up.
