Description of Work: They fixed my gate and replaced some broken boards.

Description of Work: Backyard Boys built a fence for us in our backyard. They did a great job on the work, worked pretty quickly, and were very responsive when we needed to have the gates adjusted a few months later. Highly recommend!

Description of Work: Very slow in responding. Work done, in my opinion, was shoddy. Double door fence does not stay closed, and the back gate does not open properly. Right now, it is worse than it was when they started to work on this project.

Description of Work: We are still talking with them and plan to use them to perform the services. We even included a deck into the services. They have been responsive once we finally established contact.

Description of Work: They built a 4-foot, dog-eared privacy fence on one long side of my back yard, and a 6-foot privacy fence on the other long side. They also installed 2 gates. From start to finish, Brandon and his workers were great to work with. When I requested a change to something they had already built, they did not balk, but said they just wanted me to be happy, and they made the change. The fences that they built are very nice. I am extremely happy with the decision to use Backyard Boys!

Description of Work: Regrettably, backyard Boys did not follow through on the promised project. I waited for them to provide the equipment and then found another company to do the work.

Description of Work: They were supposed to show up to talk about the job last Friday. I called several times and let messages we were waiting. No one ever arrived or called. I called them last Tuesday to ask if they wanted to reschedule. I had to leave another message. It has been a week and no one has returned a phone call. We will continue to look for a reliable fence company.
