Needed a new heating unit in a rental property. The estimate and work were performed quickly, however when it was time to submit payment, the owner then tells me the price is 4% more if I want to use a credit card -only cash & check were accepted -something not mentioned previously. The price was about $500 more than others, but I wanted tenants to have heat if needed ASAP. Owner wrote the warranty and receipt in the wrong name (after my husband spelled our name out over the phone). I called and asked for a replacement, which he assured me he would give me right away, as well as fix the name on the warranty. I haven't heard from him since. Additionally, the duct work is not supported properly under the house. I needed a quick fix, but will not use again.
