Two didn't show up when they said they would, another didn't return my call after my schedule would not permit me to meet with them on a SUNDAY!!!... Quality Contractors answered on the 2nd ring, and all the magic happened from there. The owner's of the company, Charley and Bryan, personally handled my project from start to finish! It was very easy speaking to them about design ideas, about paint colors, finishes, and especially Bryan's ability to read-my-mind when it came to re-designing my kitchen!!! This company is legitimate, professional, and they stand behind their work! I asked if I could see a copy of their license, and they already had not only the copy of their license, but insurance also. I only had one "extra" that was minimal, and I'm glad they caught it! one of the copper lines for my outdoor shower had a small break in the line under the house--so the only extra was about $52 for material and labor.
Description of Work: MY river cottage got a facelift! I picked Quality Contractors over the others because from start-to-finish, I felt comfortable with their ability to handle my project for me! I completely remodeled three bathrooms and my kitchen. All of the existing sinks, toilets, showers, cabinetry and countertops, and appliances were all removed. Two of the three bathrooms, as well as the kitchen were re-designed to make maximum use of the space. I now have ROOM--and so much storage space in my new cabinets! The countertops are gorgeous! The flooring, I chose a product called Konecto wood floor that's actually vinyl plank (that looks like the real deal) but stands up to moisture and wear. The cottage looked old, dated, and basically worn out. They painted the exterior, the trim, the doors, flawlessly. The porch floor of my wrap-around screened porch was sanded and re-painted, and the old weathered screen was replaced with PetScreen and the trim was replaced with maintenance free PVC trim! The french doors opening onto the porch were sanded and repainted. The foundation needed a ton of work--now I have a new block foundation, and my river cottage is finally up to code!
