Kaine and Tyler called ahead to ensure we were there . They sent a picture of the technician so that I knew who was coming. That is a great assurance living in a rural area. They were able to assess and make reasonable recommendations. They were professional at all times. We will continue working with Miller Septic.

I had the best experience with this company from beginning to end. Another company could not get my kitchen drain unplugged and told me that I would have to take up my kitchen cabinets and they would have to jackhammer my kitchen and dining room to fix the broken pipe. They did suggest I try another co to jet the line. Allison at Miller s was so calming and assuring and sent a plumber over. Cord the plumber was punctual, professional and best of all he unplugged the drain without jetting it in less than five minutes. Now all I have to worry about is how I am going to spend the thousands of dollars he saved me!!!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
