They are wonderful. They really saved the lawn. They had the lawn looking really good by the time I moved from there. The price is great.

I am not happy with them. When I have a problem it is always not their fault. I got some box woods that were dying out and they said it is not their fault and it is a virus. Interestingly in my backyard I have 4 of them that I have kind of kept and reserved them in case one dies that they are treating and of those 4, non of them are dying. I have used them for my yard and I have been pleased with them for the yard. They charge 37$ a trip and they come 5-6 times to do various treatments.

This is our first year in our home. I signed with trugreen to get my yard in better shape than it was When we moved in. It actually looks worse than when they started. I have been diligent about keeping the yard watered and have put in lots of my time on the yard as well. Communication with trugreen is practically non-existent . No phone calls returned until I threatened to cancel service then they were all over me.The same weeds have been in my yard all summer. Until I pointed out a particular nasty grass to one tech it was completely ignored. Had aeration scheduled thru tech and they never showed up and when I called had no record of it. That was last straw.

They experience was fine.

On June 3, I was home, saw them come so I watched as they treated only the small front and side yard. I tried to catch the technician but he was gone. I called Trugreen. They had no explanation for why they were only treating a small part of the yard. I called and everyone I spoke with had a different answer. They agreed to refund the prepay. Then I saw only my credit card bill that as the technician left that day he punched in a charge for twice the amount of one treatment and added an additional $116. I'm still fighting to get my money back and am disputing it through my credit card. It appears that this is a company where one hand doesn't know what the other is doing. My lawn does not look like I use a lawn service and I would never use them again.

I have used them on and off for about ten years. They pretty much are very agreeable. They worked with me if I have a special area I wanted something done too. They're accommodating. It makes them convenient. Their price was average.

So we cancelled and went to another lawn service who is much better. This year they have been calling us trying to get us back as a customer.

Poor results, very little new grass came in, which was a shame as we were happy with their monthly/periodic treatments. Complained and wanted a refund, but they wanted to come back out in the spring. But I tried to just cancel their service. They came back and did 2 treatments and still wanted to be paid. Just poor communications and customer service.

The work is good, everything is fine. The lawn looks good. I didn't have to call them back.

We are in week # 14. Poorly. We are going to cancel the service and request full refund.

We were able to negotiate on the mutually agreed upon price. They have a callback facility, which we like. If we see weeds in between treatments or the insects, they will come back and treat for free. The quality is good; we don’t have any weeds. They always call before they come out.

They keep the lawn green and keep the weeds at bay. I haven't done any comparison on the price but I am content with it.

I don't have to be here when they work because they leave notes if they need something. I can count on them to be here when they are suppose to be here. They always do good work and recommend things if needed but don't pressure me to do anything. I have never compared their prices with another company so I don't know if their prices are competitive.

They have done a good job for me. I had them for years. Their price is reasonable and competitive. They are on time and very professional. I don’t have to be home which is good and they just leave me a note as to what they have done. According to the status of my lawn they will make any recommendations if they think it’s necessary. Then it’s always my decision and they don’t pressure me to do anything. They make just as what my lawn needs to be aligned. If I align it myself then they lay it straight and things that needs to be aligned or whatever. Sometimes they even aerate. They never pressure me and tell me what the recommendations and so that I can use their service to do it or else I can do it myself. I have never compared their price as I feel that they are competitive. Their quality is excellent.

I used TruGreen for several years, with increasing cost per year each year. The service was typically punctional on a regular basis, but my lawn was ruined by putting on chemicals when the weather was very dry, causing the damaged grass to die, due to their need to keep on schedule. They did not seem to understand the lawns needs over their need to put down the stuff whether needed or not, with no regard to the enviroment. They then continued to repeatedly contact me for additional services to fix the lawn, and would not stop their contact once I cancelled the service. They continued and continued to attempt to make contact and re-establish the contract, until I finally had to get rather abrupt with them to stop contacting me.
