Description of Work: Pump out septic tank. Tech arrived on schedule, quickly found buried lid and uncovered it without disturbing more sod than absolutely necessary. After pump out he put the lid back on and backfilled the hole and replaced the removed sod to the extent that a couple of weeks later the disruption was hardly noticeable. Price was as quoted and very competitive.

 + -1 moreThought we had a septic tank backup. We called Tidy Services to have out septic pumped out. Of course all this happened on a Sunday morning. Called and left message along with several other companies. I got our call back just after church, inquiring as to what our need was. Alex said he would call me back shortly. Arrangements were made to meet Wayne, their septic guy. He showed up when they said he would. He proceeded to dig to the septic tank, where we had marked and was able to open the outlet side. Once he got the lid off, due to its age the handle had pulled lose and the top cracked up. He told me our options to correct, we elected to have a riser put in so we would not to have to leave stone markers and would make pumping easier the next time. Wayne had noticed that the septic was working at operating height, pumped tank empty. Wayne had me go make a couple of flushes to test. Still was backing up in house and not getting to septic. Thanks to Wayne he decided to dig to the inlet side ran a tape and unclogged the pipe coming in from the house to septic. We tested and were back in operation. Wayne could have left after pumping the tank for which he was hired, but he didn't want to leaves us this way. He could have told me I would have to get a plumber to finish. I will recommend their service again as a matter of fact already have.

Description of Work: The company was able to provide a dumpster in the size we wanted and placed it exactly where we requested without us having to be there. They provided a nice unit that the door operated easily. They did not tear up the property with their equipment. We have used another provider in the past who would not provide the unit they advertised and damaged the landscaping with their truck.

 + -1 moreOverall, we are still using them and plan to finish a basement remodel. They have been a bright star in this horrible process.
Description of Work: We used them to allow us to remove many loads of old trash and things left by the previous owner in and out of our new (old) home. They were extremely responsive, showed up the same day I called them and very reasonable. They have made 3 trips to dump the dumpster already and all I have to do is call them, leave a message that it is full... then they empty it and bring it back within a couple of hours. Extremely pleased with Tidy!!
