Felt bad for the technician. He had to dig down three feet through hard Virginia clay using a shovel and digging bar. Company should provide digging auger for such bad breaking work. The septic access cover broke into three pieces but Tidy replaced it at no charge. Shout out to Johnny for a job well done!
