Description of Work: Was unable to back-up HD, got message of imminent disk failure. He was able to save all my data, installed a new, larger HD and the computer works better than ever.

+ -1 moreThey really know about computers, they are good with them and can fix things that other people can't. It's good customer service. It's an unusual shop. They have a bunch of things in their shop that are really interesting to look at, they sell books and clocks. They do other stuff too and it's just a real comfortable setting.

+ -1 moreThe store is very customer-oriented. They were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain how much things would cost and what was needed. They were honest and did not try to sell me things I didn't need. They also sell really cool clocks that have really interesting moving parts and sounds. They store is very comfortable and I watched a huge, high def TV, drank coffee and relaxed on a really comfortable couch while they quickly fixed my computer. I wish all stores were like this.
