 + -1 moreAll the work he has done for us has been top notch. On the few occasions he was stumped by something he didn't charge us for all the time he took to figure out the problem. I can't think of anything negative about his services. I highly recommend him.
Description of Work: Jacob has handled all of our IT needs for a couple of years. We have always found him to be knowledgeable, efficient and reliable. We can call, email or text him and get a quick response. He has set up numerous computers, configured our server, networked our office and trouble shot many, many issues for us.

 + -1 moreWent very well. Mr. Jackson explains things clearly and makes sure he gets you up and running!
Description of Work: The computer had gotten a bad virus and the repair shop we took it to wiped it and reinstalled a fresh copy of Windows, but with no additional software. Mr. Jackson came in and got Office installed for us, as well as other freeware like Adobe Reader and an antivirus program. He also provided us with training on our email and tablet.

Even if he has to take it to another location to run overnight; especially if you have slow internet service as I have. He will try to save you money when he can. He is very good and is very reputable.

 + -1 moreTech Consultology gave me a quote that was much more reasonable, with a do not exceed amount. Jacob met me to drop off my laptop, fixed and returned it very promptly. He asked if he could install a program to allow him to help me remotely in the future, and I said absolutely! Thankfully I haven't had any more issues, but if I do I will call Tech Consultology immediately.
Description of Work: My laptop crashed, and I just lived without it because the Geek Squad at Best Buy was going to charge me more than I thought fair.

 + 0 moreEverything has always gone very smoothly. If it is something that requires more work or time than I anticipated, I have always felt he was fair with his fees. I would not hesitate to call him again for computer services/repairs and I do not hesitate to recommend him to others.
Description of Work: Jacob has come to our home on several occasions over the last few years to service our computers. We have a desktop and two laptops which he networked together. Some of the services have included setup of new equipment (computers & printers), general cleanup to improve performance, fixed any problem areas. He has always responded promptly to my requests for service and I have never felt that he overpriced any of his services. He is very patient and thorough when answering all my questions, simple or more involved, especially when I ask for instruction on use of our equipment, or for recommendations for new equipment.
