+ -1 moreService man came on time. Examined furnace. Found several things wrong. Was suppose to give estimate on repair. Never received estimate. Salesman was to call to schedule an appointment to discuss options. (We had an outdoor unit wanted information on inside unit). Salesman called with an outrageous price to replace the same unit we had. Wanted to give us a 6 month same as cash deal if paid in the 6 months. If not an extremely high interest rate. Had no iniative to discuss other options. We called the furnace company. Could have purchased parts to fix our unit. Ended up purchasing a new unit more efficient then the one we previously had. Paid less then half the cost this company wanted to charge us.
Description of Work: Called company to check furnace not working. Had to pay a service charge before they even looked at the furnace. Came to give estimate to repair furnace. Unscrewed all the screws. Told me what I already knew about the furnace. Never replaced the screws just left it said it was junk. Was told they would call with an estimate to repair if they could find the parts.

+ -1 moreOverall, I thought it went very well and I would use them again. We're looking to replace our cooling system now, and they're going to be the first people I call.
Description of Work: They came over and removed the furnace that had died and put in a new one. They redid some of the conduits and exhaust parts. There were a couple of minor issues and they came over the day I called them to fix it.

+ -1 moreOn both visits Scott was quiet and polite...on his second visit he was running a little behind but he gave us a call to let us know he was on his way. He even wore "disposable booties" on his feet to protect our floors from the winter snow and grime. (Nice touch.)
Description of Work: I'm not sure of the correct name for this company because our invoice sheets read: "Woods Family Heating & Air Conditioning." Anyway, we had a technician named Scott come out to our "new" house and thoroughly inspect the heating and air system because we found that the previous owner didn't do any maintenance on any of the house's systems. Scott's inspection showed us that all was well with the two Trane heat pump systems and the humidifier. A week later we called him again, to replace an upstairs thermostat we decided just wasn't going to work for our family.

+ -1 moreThe staff who answered the phone were courteous and helpful. They recognized that I needed assistance as soon as possible and were able to work someone in at an earlier time. The technician arrived in about and hour and was polite and competent. He fixed my furnace in under 10 minutes.
Description of Work: The technician opened up the furnace, identified that the fan wasn't working properly because it was bent and fixed it on the spot. The furnace began working immediatley after that.

When the older ones we bought with the house needed to be replaced, we bought them from Service Experts. They are always very professional and reliable.
Description of Work: Replaced attic exhaust fan. Performed maintenance under contract for our two Lenox air conditioning systems.

Description of Work: I had issue with my A/C from first person who fixed. They called me with in ten minutes of putting the request with wood's. About thirty minutes my A/C was FIXED.
