SALEM PAINTING

They arrived exactly on time and did a great job. I had a work event that required me to leave town so they were under pressure on the inside of the house and they still did a thorough job on a tough area to paint. They came back the next day to finish the deck and it looks like new.

Painters always showed up on time. They were professional and friendly. The work was completed on schedule. My only complaint was the storm windows did not back in quite right and I had to fix them.

Great job!!! The crew was very good at their job, fast and did top notch work!! Would highly recommend them, and will be using them again in future.

Awesome work and professional crew! The Salem painting crew arrived on time and well-prepared and seriously attacked both rooms. They completed both jobs in one day and I could NOT be more happy with the results! Both rooms are exactly what I was looking for. Every member of the painting crew was super courteous, professional and friendly. Will definitely use Salem painting again!

They are efficient, they were reliable, they came when they said they would come, they finished before they said they would finish, and they worked with us. They were very good to work with.

He came on time to give me an estimate around the middle of March. I asked if he could paint around the end of April first part of may and he said he would call a few days before he came. The end of May I called to see what was going on and he said he was behind in his work . He would call back in a few days. My family asked me to call again to set up an appointment as to when he could finally come out. he was not very nice on the phone and said he was busy through August. I found another painter who did a great job for me.

Salem Painting did an excellent job of prepping and painting all walls, ceilings, and trim of 1,500 square feet, two-story townhouse with 9-foot or cathedral ceilings in all rooms. The owner's conduct in giving a written estimate, in communicating, and in supervising several painters was professional. The work was begun as agreed, and completed with efficiency and timeliness. I made final decisions on colors, but welcomed and valued Mr.Webster's informal input when asked. I thought the price was reasonable, comparing it to my previous interior painting experiences in other regions of the country.

Job went well and we are happy with the results.

Corey and his team are amazing. Very professional, quick and patient as I changed the paint color of one of the rooms during the project. Corey was very prompt to respond to any questions I had. We would definitely use them again.

We decided to have Salem Painting & Service prepare a quote based on their excellent reviews on Angie's List. The owner, Corey Webster, arrived exactly on schedule for the walk through. All aspects of the job were discussed and Corey answered all of our questions. The quote was received within a few days and accepted with only minor changes. Corey and his crew of three arrived on time on Monday, Dec. 2 with the job expected to take 5 days. Due to the difficulty in removing some stubborn wallpaper the work actually took 6 days. The crew arrived each day at 8 AM and worked diligently with a reasonable break for lunch, a couple of short breaks during the day and finished up about 4 PM. They cleaned up each day and removed all drop cloths and other painting items before leaving. All of the painted surfaces were evaluated thoroughly for coverage and additional coats of paint were applied as needed. All nail holes were patched with no traces remaining after the wall was completed. The work crew was very professional with no unnecessary discussions and certainly no objectionable language. It was a pleasure to work with them as they completed the job. There is no doubt that we would use Salem Painting & Services again if a painting job was needed.

The crew was great. They worked hard from the minute they arrived (on time) until the end of the day. They were professional, talented and friendly. They finished on time and cleaned up after themselves every day. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I have dealt with Salem Painting for about 25 years and now the son is running the business. I called Corey and he came out to my house , which is 20 miles from Salem, gave me an estimate and we scheduled the date for painting. We had to postpone the original date but rescheduled. and the crew showed up on time and finished the job in one day.

We called four painters for estimates. Two never returned our calls, and a third quoted an astronomical rate. Corey returned our call in about 15 minutes and came out the next day to give us an estimate. His estimate for four rooms was the same as the other painter's quote for only our dining room. His team was extremely professional, tidy, and quick. Corey said 2-3 days for completion and they finished everything in a little more than a day. Outstanding work! We would definitely use them again and recommend them without hesitation.

CREW WAS VERY NICE, SHOWED UP ON TIME, FINISHED WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, DID EXCELLENT WORK. EVEN THOUGH PARTS OF THE JOB WERE MORE WORK THAN ANTICIPATED THEY DID NOT CHARGE EXTRA. THEY EVEN DID A COUPLE OF EXTRAS FOR THE SAME PRICE. I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN FOR SURE. I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH THEM.

Very quick response to my call for info, then Corey came by within a short time to provide a quote. I was surprised they could start as soon as they could...within a few days of giving us the quote. All was handled in a very professional manner. My husband was so impressed with Corey's professionalism that he said to stop getting quotes...it didn't matter if they were a little more expensive, it would be worth it. He was right! They were on time and the crew was very courteous, professional. They went above and beyond working with us to protect plants and painting a small extra area that wasn't even on the contract. Corey came by to check on the work daily even though we are 30+ minutes from town. the deck looks brand new. Corey was very honest and realistic in the estimate of how long the paint job would last. We will definitely have them back next time. Highly recommended!

They contacted me right away and scheduled my estimate. They submitted the estimate via email. (very convenient) They came back out for me to select colors. They scheduled the work. They showed up when they said they would. They finished when they said they would. They did an excellent job on all work discussed on the estimate, but they went WAY above and beyond to make it a more complete job than I expected. They painted my bug-light pole, my clothes pole, my electric meter, the front hitch, and, when they came out on Friday the 5th to do a little prep work, one of the crew actually removed snow from my walkway! Very friendly and professional crew. If I ever need more painting, this is the company I will call. Today, I received a THANK YOU NOTE from them!

Showed up on time, HAND PAINTED the entire house (no paint sprayers) with several coats. Job took an entire week. Took their time, did not seem to be in a hurry but were efficient. Kept everything clean and tidied up each evening after the days work was done.

Originally, the estimate for painting my whole house was for $2200. I think my interaction went well. The gentleman was really courteous and explained and knew what he wanted me to do. He even helped me a lot with a few things not associated with painting so he was great. He emailed me the estimate and I told him that I was going to end up doing some of the painting myself. I asked him if he could rework the estimate excluding the bedrooms so he gave me another estimate. I interacted with him via email several times and he replied within a day so that's pretty good. I probably will use him, but when I get to the point where I am ready to paint the other bedrooms, I will probably get one or two other estimates since he was the only person I had called.
