Derrick was incredibly attentive to detail and his reporting was extremely thorough. The way he walks through and explains the flow of the house and what to be sure to maintain and have repaired is very easy to understand. He is truly an expert and a professional in this field and we look forward to using him and Realty Services again should the need arise! They are quick to respond to emails and phone calls and had availability to complete the job within days. We couldn’t be happier with our choice to use them!

He took the time to explain his findings to me and to look for the source of a few of the problems he discovered during the inspection. He was incredibly knowledgable of all of the systems and structures he looked at and was able to explain how the problems should be addressed and by whom. He was personable and professional. I will hire him for a re-inspection if one is needed. I recommend him to anyone in need of the best home inspector available.

Mr. Rider performed an excellent job. He walked us thru the process step by step and he was very knowledgeable about his job. He made us feel comfortable as he explained the test results. We would use his service again in the future if needed.
