+ -1 moreHe was extremely reasonable. My experience was excellent. He is very patient with computer illiterate older people. He doesn't mind our questions. He will explain things and do what you wanted done. He's very friendly and very laid back. I recommended him to somebody else.
Description of Work: Real Computer Solutions put some stuff on the laptop and switched some stuff over from the disk computer to the laptop.
