I got several estimates, but Eddy came in with a fair and reasonable price and showed the confidence that the job could be done within a specified amount of time. Some factors depended on the gas company and other details,but Eddy took care of arranging all the these matters. He also sent pictures to me of his progress which helped me out to understand what was happening as I was out of town during the process. He was very quickly responsive to my many questions by phone and text! Would highly reccomend!

It was fair. The service was good, but there were some logistical issues with getting it completed. It took a few days for our appointment to get confirmed. Once it was set up, they missed it without calling. After several phone calls and a breakdown with their answering service, we contacted Angie's List for help. They followed up and arrangements were made. The company just showed up unannounced on Friday. They assessed the job and said they would be back Monday to perform work. The came on Monday to find that they needed to order a part that wouldn't be in until Tuesday. The job was finally completed on Tuesday afternoon, but my tenant was without heat for a full 7 days.

The only thing I did not like is that I did not get an exact time for arrival, other than that, everything was great!

Poff sent out a knowledgeable man to take a look at what was needed. He showed up on time, was personable, seemed to know what he was doing. He sent us a written estimate in a reasonable amount of time, so this company did everything it promised to do. We got three estimates. We went with another company because we liked the way they planned to install a new AC. They suggested modifying an existing piece of duct work, which they advised would make the AC more efficient. We also liked what we saw about the unit they proposed to install, feeling it had quality materials. Since we had previous dealings with this company, we felt comfortable selecting them to do the AC job. However, I would not hesitate to check with Poff in the future as they made a good first impression.

Their price was much better compared to other quotes I got. Punctuality was a little low and I needed to make 2 calls before they finally did the job. The job was done very good and my humidifier is working very well. I will recommend them.

contacted provider - they arrived sooner than was told - used his electronic meter to determine what part was failing - had part in his truck which he installed - was completed within 45 minutes after arriving

My experience with them was fine. They did a good job. They installed it correctly basically and that’s all that mattered. I’ve used them many times for heating and air issues.

Poff hvac came to me as a referral Eddie Poff reviewed my need to replace my present 16 year old unit to a updated bryant unit. the 16 year old heat pump and oil furnace was dated and inefficient and at over 1200.00 to fill the fuel oil tank an upgrade was the most cost effective choice. the job from start to finish took 7 hours , despite the fact an oil furnace was being replace no mess was made and his crew left my home better than when they arrived.Dealing with Eddie was a pleasure and he made sure that every question I may of had was answered . He had the best prices and the best turn around. They completed the job very quickly.

When I called they said the price was $85, minus $25 coupon, and the work would be 1.5 hours. But it took 2.5 hours and they charged me $85 per hour, nearly $200 !! I told the serviceman about my disappointment. He was great. Afterwards he showed me how I can do some simple troubleshooting and maintenance and helped with an irritating noise tremendously, which is why I gave them a B and not below. However, get the price right before they do the work.

I am very happy with the result. A friend referred them and we felt they would be the best to work with. Their quote was very reasonable and they knew what they were doing.

Very professional service. He provides accurate estimates and explained what he felt the changes we should make to have a trouble free system. He was right on all counts. We are very pleased with him and his company. His prices are fair, his crew is efficient and wastes no time. He was always prompt and called if he needed to miss an appointment or if he was tied up with another customer.

We had a great experience with this company. Their price was a about average: we got several estimates for this job and they were right around the average. We had a great experience with them during this project. We have an old house and it took a long time for them to complete it. They kept us up to date through out the project which set our minds at ease. They were in contact with us so much that we got on a first name basis with them. I feel they were personable yet very professional at the same time. We would recommend them to anyone and in fact they are our first call when we have any HVAC issues.

The job went great. They got there on time, they left on time and they cleaned up their mess. They did what they were contracted to do. They did not leave a mess. What stood out about them was their price. They were good in terms of price. I would use their services again in the future.
