Description of Work: I got an estimate from Mighty Dad Flooring & Home Repair for real estate services. I had them come here to take a look at some flooring on a project that I was considering and just what's the feasibility of the project

Description of Work: Diagnosed problem with kitchen tile. Gave me estimate and time frame for repair. Price was very reasonable. They seemed very knowledgable and experienced. They ran several tests to confirm their assessment. They communicated their findings very clearly. I feel confident in their opinion. I would use this company for future repairs with confidence.

Description of Work: Mighty Dad installed floating vinyl tile in kitchen and foyer. They also installed vinyl in 2 bathrooms and laundry room. Very professional. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: MIGHTY DAD DID REPLY TO MY CALL AND CAME BY TO LOOK AT MY PORCH PROBLEM, AFTER HAVING NO GOOD IDEAS HE TOLD ME HE WOULD EITHER CAL OR EMAIL ME WHEN HE HAD MORE INFORMATION ABOUT THE PRODUCTS AVAILABLE BUT ITS BEEN OVER A WEEK NOW AND NO REPLY, THATS NOT GOOD FOR BUINESS TO ME

Description of Work: Multiple tasks including painting a stairwell, putting railings on porches, repairing the floor if porches, installing vent for kitchen stove,making access doors to attic,installed insulation in the attic, and other miscellaneous services.

Description of Work: Jeff himself came and did the work. I was in from out of town and needed help urgently. He rearranged his schedule to accommodate me. He really helped with several things that were big but also jumped in to help on small issues that were giving me trouble. I liked him and his work so much that I have an agreement with him to be my on-call person for the property since I am out of town. He is honest and respectful. I could see that he does good work and will treat my property they way I would. He did electrical work for me, removed flooring and installed new flooring and carpeting, he is doing a new outside handrail, installed a new light fixture, repaired many things about the house.

Description of Work: Jeff installed two vinyl floors in two seperate bathrooms. In the process he found black mold and had to replace subfloor and a floor joist as well as fix a leaking tub faucet.

Description of Work: Mighty Dad (Jeff) and his assistant remodeled my bathroom to include new sub-walls and wall tile, new floor tile, electrical installations, dry-wall repair, cabinet installation, window repair, various installation of accessories (tile racks, shower curtain rods, etc) and painting of all walls, trim and cabinetry.

Description of Work: I used Jeff Phillips for 3 separate services: Fence repair Completion of tasks dictated by the home inspector (Included mainly plumbing and electrical issues) Laying wood laminate throughout the whole first floor of our house

Description of Work: On the first job this time, Jeff removed moldy paneling and baseboards, treated for mold, then replaced that with new paneling and baseboards he had stained to match. He also changed out an air conditioner in a window well and sealed it to prevent future leaks The second job included preparing the basement floor for tile and laminate, including removing old vinyl tiles where he found mold and treated it. He then did a wonderful job of installing over 500 square feet of tile that he finished with new baseboards. He installed wood laminate flooring in 2 rooms and they also look great.

Description of Work: Jeff is continuing on several ongoing projects including some plumbing repair, wall and celling repair and replacement. The job isn't yet finished, but so far he is working hard to do the work at reasonable cost and in a timely manner. He even came out in the evening because my daughter is working and doesn't want to leave the house open.

Description of Work: Replaced drywall and painted the fixed walls. Fixed ceiling around damaged recessed lights. Removed tack strips on the floor in preparation for new ceramic tile.

Description of Work: Jeff was referred to me by the landscaping contractor I had used for some other projects. I had very specific and tedious guidelines I had to work within due to the bank loan I had for the renovation project on my 1905 home. Jeff was patient, helpful, agreeable, professional and courteous at all times. I was in another state; so multiple faxes, emails, quotes, change orders, skypes, and phone calls were exchanged between he, I, and the bank. He removed the old lathe and plaster walls, removed and replaced cabinets, moved the sink, removed old flooring; added studs, hung sheetrock, textured the walls, replaced the original baseboards and window facings in an upstairs room. When he ran into an issue he found with the electrical wiring, he notified me immediately, called in an associate who agreed with his assessment, and had his colleague fix the problem! He repaired extensive damage done to my hardwood floors (by another contractor). Jeff kept me informed of every stage of the projects; called me when a problem (or potential problem) came up. He is extremely trustworthy, hard working, and straightforward. What a blessing and a relief after all the stress and trauma of dealing with shoddy, lazy and dishonest contractors! I can't say enough good things about the quality of his work, his flexibility, work ethic and integrity!! I only hope he doesn't get too busy for my other projects..remember..I'm sharing him with you..but I found him first! :)
