They were prompt and professional. It did depend on certain installers but it was a fair to good install.

Lumber Liquidators - Salem are terrible. Their floors were very expensive. They came back once to correct some things. They thought I was being too picky. They said that all floors have scratches, no wood is perfect and some splitting is normal. I think we got seconds. We went and saw their show room and everything looked so beautiful. We were in a hurry because our move-in date was only eight weeks away. They promised they'd have it all done. I'm starting to get some area rugs to put over the floors because I just dont' want to look at them. They would only come out once to try to fix it. Some of the thresholds they put down between the living room and the foyer. The foyer is slate, so they had to put a special threshold in. They ended up splitting them when they nailed them in. They said they would order new ones and come back and install them, but they never did. My husband said we'd get someone else. I didn't want them back in the house. They were rude and resented being complained to.
