Kathy Basham

My wife and I had been with two realtors before we found Kathy. Our previous realtors were nonexistent, pushy, and not in any way helpful to finding a good home with a price we could afford. We found Kathy because my wife went to high school with her son, and she was a God send. She went to work for us immediately, finding homes, checking on what we were looking for, scheduling visitations well outside of her normal work hours. Kathy was polite, friendly, easy going, and extremely knowledgeable about the business. It was our first time buying a home and she not only made the experience go smoothly, she walked us through each step patiently answering our questions as we went along. Even after we agreed to an offer she kept in touch and made sure we were okay and all of our questions had been answered right up until closing. We will use her again when we sell the home, and have been thankful everyday for God putting her in our lives for this venture.
