Brian Reiber did a great job! He identified the cause of the flooding issue in my crawl space and had it repaired in minutes. He was friendly and courteous. Brian's professionalism underscores why I'm glad I chose JES to encapsulate my crawl space over 10 years ago.

Worker was on time and polite. He completed the job another gentleman began in June.

the 2 young men who came out to do the work were very helpful and explained everything where it was understandable. They were very good at cleaning up the area they worked in and if I needed work done again I would definitely ask that they send kade monell and James to do the work, this was a very pleasant experience having JES and kade and james do this work for us...We are very pleased and will recommend them to every one we know. Nearly three years ago, I asked JES to install a waterproofing system around my basement (in 2016). After they did this, there was no further flooding or leaking of ground water into my basement. In addition, the dehumidifier makes the whole house smell fresh.

Technician Zach B. did an excellent job of explaining the needed repairs and what caused the problem. Zach was very courteous and thoroughly answered all my questions and was very professional. He completed the repairs in very prompt fashion and made sure that I had no questions before he left.

Great crew, Kelvin W, Traiquon C, and Ethan T., explained what they did and what to look for i the future.

Excellent work, which was performed during the hottest days of summer that we have experienced for 2019. Heat Index was approximately 106 for both days. The waterproofing was completed quickly and exceeded our expectations. The crew which consisted of Matt Bowen, Triaquan C., Terrell F., and Ethan T. , were professional and courteous. Great Job!

jared whitaker was team leader. the entire team ( Corey Elmore, Brooks Harris, Johnathan Garcia & Mike Price) were very professional, courteous, timely in the work, and caused almost no disruption in my office as they completed their assigned tasks I would highly recommend them for any foundation or water runoff control project assigned to them.

Everyone I dealt with in identifying a cause of settlement and correction were extremely professional, from the engineer who explained the issue so I could understand, to the installation team of Alex and Jose, and the billing and office staff in getting the final inspections completed. I would recommend this company to anyone needing foundation or settlement repairs.

The crawlspace encapsulation preparation crew of Motola G., Thomas M., Austin C., and Justin S. were fantastic. They arrived on time and kept us informed of their progress throughout the day. They were professional and courteous and outstanding representatives for JES.

Orlando, Jordan and Lerel were awesome. They explained everything to me before they did it, and they cleaned everything up when they were done. They even came back to add more concrete when some of it settled. Great crew and a great company!

We had foundation piers in our crawl space and 3 pumps with drain gutters installed in our basement in October. They had to come back in July because water was seeping into the basement from another area. They scheduled the additional work quickly. Conan and Charles added the additional gutter to the existing gutter and did not have to put in another pump with outside drain. The work invoice was adjusted to a lower cost, and we are satisfied . Time will tell if our basement stays dry. Wish they had done all the gutter work originally , as it is noisy and dusty , Thanks , especially Conan!

I had drainage and sump pump added to my basement. The men, Brandon, Michael, Gabe, and Devin, worked VERY hard and the end product was great. I also appreciate their respectfulness in communicating to me about the project. Also, I received quick help anytime I called the office and spoke to Jessica. Many thanks to all of you!

My overall experience with JES was awesome. I left a message on Home Advisor with my issue and they called me back the next day to schedule an appointment for a free estimate. Blaine Harvey came out to perform the estimate and he was thorough with his inspection and provided an estimate for the repair. I signed up immediately and the job was scheduled very quickly. I just had the repair completed this morning by Orlando, Jordon Reyes, and Lorell and I am very satisfied! The team arrived on time, were professional and friendly, explained everything they had performed (including pictures), and left my finished basement clean. I would highly recommend JES, and the team that performed the estimate and work, to anyone. Great work JES team!

A while back, I hired JES Engineering to correct an issue with my kitchen floor. The issue stemmed from rotten sub-flooring, unknown at the time, and the solution they applied did not remedy the problem. Some time later, after money was spent, I discovered the real cause of the issue and asked them to make good on their guarantee. They did, and at no charge. They scheduled a crew and resolved the issue to my total satisfaction. The crew consisted of Josh, Luke and Lenny. I found them professional, knowledgeable and polite. They answered my questions, went above and beyond to resolve all aspects of the issue, and completely cleaned up their work areas afterwards.
