 + 0 moreIt was GREAT!!! After attempting to pressure wash our walkways myself, it became painfully obvious that this was a job for professionals. Garrett came to our house to see the area that we wanted to have cleaned. He sent us a proposal and then came to the house to discuss options with us. He was very friendly and professional and we agreed to have his company do the work. About a week later he and his guys came and in JUST ONE DAY did what would have taken me the rest of the year to complete. It looks FABULOUS! All the grime and moss is gone and it looks BRAND NEW!!! All this happened while I was at work - I came home and had a BRAND NEW outdoor space. They also painted the under-deck concrete which looks SO much better. Honestly, I cannot say enough good about Garrett and his company. They are prompt, efficient, and do GREAT work. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
Description of Work: Pressure washed large amount of hard surface space around our house (mostly paver walkways and terraces) and cleaned and painted concrete under-deck area.

Description of Work: He used his pressure washer to clean our very dirty vinyl sided house. Now looks as clean as day we got it installed. On plus side, he used lower pressure which is good for the house. He did use a diluted bleach solution, which I would have preferred not to, in order to get the extensive mold/mildew off the siding. However, short of hand scrubbing the entire house, there was no other good option AND the plants around the house do not appear to have suffered. He told me he rinsed the plants with clean water when they get oversprayed.

 + 1 moreThey've done the first step but we had so much rain, I don't know if we'll be able to get around to the second step. I had a couple of different people come up for quotes and it was obvious to me that this guy knew what he was doing. He also was local and has done a lot of work locally; he has done work for those small scale hospitals and that sort of thing. I just felt immediately confident that he was going to do a good job. The price was more than we had gotten from other quotes but I think, realistically, he's on the money with that.
Description of Work: We have a contract with Hot Shot Pressure Washing to do our deck. I received a quote, they already pressure washed it but this is a deck that was previously painted.

Description of Work: Pressure washed entire upper level of two story colonial including sunroom on back of house, an awning at my back door, patio and sidewalk. I asked him to wash off the trash can and he did that too! The house had pretty bad mold on it both front and back. Pressure washing had not been done for about 4 years. The siding looks like new! He got every bit of the mold off. They came right on time and the response time from the time I called him was a mere 2 weeks even though he had been on vacation one of the weeks. Prompt, professional service done in a timely manner. Do not hesitate to give Hot Shot Pressure washing a call when you need this service!

They even trimmed some tree branches hanging over our gutters for free. They came to seal our deck a few days after cleaning and the experience was just as professional. We would defintely work with this company again.and

 + -1 moreMr. Smith obviously knows what he is doing and has all the proper tools for the job, including a "bucket truck" we needed for some very high areas. We've had this job done on a regular basis by three other companies in the past, as our property has a lot of shade. Hot Shot's work was by far superior to the others.
Description of Work: Pressure washed all wood trim on our brick home, and pressure washed our terrace, walk and front porch, including trim and ceiling. We have some aspects of our trim that require special attention. Pressure washed soffits, ledges, gutters and chimney.
