Robert is my best find in AGES! He's easy to deal with, friendly, responsive and boy, does he do beautiful work. When he brought my chair and footstool back today I was thrilled. I thought they were very professional. Kept me updated on the progress, gave me specific times for pickup and delivery, recommend small change in what I wanted in pillow size which was an improvement in the original design. I would recommend them.
