D & G Countertops

Greg met with us to look at the work that we needed done. He was helpful in discussing various options and gave a rough estimate. He said he would provide a proposal within a couple weeks. However, that did not happen. Tried calling one week after our meeting and then two weeks after the meeting. No response. He did not have a business card and does not identify his business on his phone voice message. He is probably skilled at what he does, but is very bad at business relations. We are not in the position time-wise to chase a contractor around, nor do we want to. This has set us back in our schedule now having to start from scratch. Unfortunately for him he lost a lot of future business with us.

Greg Baldwin was selected to do this work based upon a positive referral from one of our other companies. Greg came out and measured the new cabinet on Saturday and was ready to install the countertop on Wednesday. In addition, he volunteered to replace another small area of the original that had been finished incorrectly at the time of its installation by another D & G for any solid surface countertop work.
