 + -1 moreWent great. Took overnight to load everything onto CD's since these were large technical data files. Was able to take these CD's and load onto my other computer with no problems.
Description of Work: Recovered my large size technical papers and photos from a crashed laptop.

 + -1 moreI called and made an appointment. He was there when I showed up, diagnosed the problem, fixed the problem and installed a new sostware program that has been very helpful.
Description of Work: I had a virus and he was able to remove it (when others could not) and restore my computer. No lost files. added a good program to prevent future problems. Quick turn around.
