I had 2 rooms that lost electricity. Called the company told him about the problem and said it wasn't urgent (not in rooms I used) and they had someone to my house about 3 hours later. The 2 workers spent a couple of hours looking for the problem until they found it--a light switch had overheated and melted. At that time they thought there was a bigger problem involving the wire. It was 4:30 so we scheduled for them to come out 2 days later to fix the problem. They arrived that day exactly as promised and got to work. They discovered that switching out the switch was all that really needed to be done and did just that. They also tightened the wires into my breaker box. Everyone I spoke to was extremely professional and exact. From the person answering the phone at the office to the owner who originally called me as well as the 2 workers. Had me to sign a form each visit for me to verify their times and what they did. I expected a much higher bill. This was a great experience.
