service was performed to satisifaction. I would use the company again. Quick to respond, very curtious on the phone and helpful in finding a quick solution. Used website to book service and recived a call within an hour along with a follow up call the next morning.

The work went well and the quality of work was good. I would use them in the future, if necessary.

They were very professional when they came out to my home. They placed paper coverings over their shoes to walk through my house, which I really appreciated. He also offered a service that helped drain plugs. I will use their company again in the future.

The plumber was on time fixed the problem and was very careful about not making a mess. I was very satisfied with the work and the prompt service

Called local Roto Rootor and job was completed quickly (75 minutes from call to completion) for $195.

I will definitely use Classic Plumbing Solutions in the future. They gave me two estimates: A "best case" scenario, if the repair could be made only in the kitchen, and a "worst case" scenario, if the repair led to the basement as well. I signed off of either price and returned to work...fully expecting the worst case scenario, whether it was necessary or not. I was very happily surprised that they did the lesser work at the lesser charge. My only misgiving is the repairman tried to get me to sign the line that said the work was done to my complete satisfaction...BEFORE the work began. He seemed somewhat unhappy when I wouldn't, and I expect a more timid person would have signed.

I called the company on Sunday late afternoon. I left a message and my call was returned within 15 minutes.They offered me emergency service but I didn't really need it so we set up an appointment for the next day at 8a.m. The person who called me ( Renee") was very efficient and had lots of sympathy for my situation. She told me that she would call when the plumber was on his way the next morning, and she did.The plumber was prompt and he got right to work. He told me exactly what he was going to do and he gave me options. I was very impressed with his cleanliness and he concern for my space and my belongings. He first used a camera to find the rag and he was happy to let me watch and he answered all of silly questions with respect. He told me about the company he worked for and that I could find a coupon for the work in the Yellowbook if I had one ( which I did!). He explained the whole process to me as he was preparing the machine to retrieve the rag and he explained why it needed to be retrieved rather than just pushed down the line. We were both VERY happy when he was able to grab the nasty rag and pull it out. He worked quickly and efficiently and all went as he explained. The bill was high but I expected that.

From the first call to the departure of the plumbers, we were pleasantly (if not shockingly) surprised with our experience with Classic Plumbing. When you call for an appointment, Renee will answer the phone. She is what ever company should wish for in a receptionist/administrator. She was pleasant, friendly, and professional; even expressing empathy over how scarey it can be hiring a plumber. She patiently and thoughly explained the pricing and work procedure. Classic Plumbing has really refined their pricing policies, so that customers feel confident and informed with NO surprises. There is a flat rate of $59 to have someone come out and give you an estimate for the work-- a bargain in and of itselt. They investigated our problem and then informed us of the price, which is not billed hourly, but by project; thereby, eliminating the surprise charges. Furthermore, they help customers by breaking down the prices, so that, if you are on a tight budge-and who isn't these days-a person can prioritize what needs to absolutely be done immediately vs. what could wait until next month's paycheck. You are to approve the estimate before they do anything. Renee set me up with a 2 hour block for arrival and then called me about 20 minutes before they came to let me know the exact time. No waiting for hours on end. The plumbers were prompt and curteous from the second we answered the door. They even had the consideration to put on booties, so as not to dirty our floors. They adjusted the few things to make our plumbing more efficient...taking the time to explain what they were doing. They noticed our toilet seat was broken and offered to replace it at no extra charge. This was the first time using Classic Plumbing, but it won't be our last. A plumbing company with professional integrity and customer service driven. Who would have thought one existed? Thank you Classic Plumbing.

They arrived on time as promised. Looked at the problem, gave options, made a recommendation, gave estimate, then started work immediately once approved. From the kit they saw a set screw was missing - so the tech called the office and someone dropped a replacement set screw by so that it could all be done in one trip. Settled up by credit card. Good experience overall.

They were very prompt and friendly when my sewer drain stopped up on a Saturday. It is always very hard to find contractors in the Roanoke area that want to work or even show up for an appointment. These folks are very reliable. My drain was a mess and it took the plumber quite a long time to get it unstuck. He worked for about 4 hours and didn't give up. I have had the experience with other plumbers in this area that won't work at a problem until it is fixed. These folks wear shoe covers and have supplies to clean up after they have completed the work. They are awesome!
