Very well. The representative was very professional. After confirming the work to be done, the serviceman went to work and cleaned the furniture and rugs with little wasted effort. The job was done in an efficient and quality manner. I would use them again, and recommend them to others.

The company owner came about a week before the service to give an estimate and then, disconcertingly, went over the entire carpet with a black light to highlight pet stains. We did not know our little dog had been so active! He explained that each spot would be treated with a special urine stain remover. He gave me an estimate, which I considered pretty high compared to steam-cleaning services I've used in the past but he explained that Chem-Dry uses a different type of cleaning system and, though dubious, I must say the results were better than the steam cleaning I've had done in the past. However, the estimate was broken down so that I could accept or reject specific items, like pet stain treatment, protectant, etc. The technician arrived at the appointed time, much to my relief, and again went over everything with me. I found a coupon on the web site, which he accepted. I also liked that the technician said that cleaning my chairs would not remove the stains my kids left behind so it was no use spending the money on it. I appreciate the frankness and it saved me $60. He did say that he highly recommended the anti-bacterial sanitizer, which I wasn't going to get. He said it would be particularly appropriate given my daughter's allergies and asthma and the amount of pet stains in parts of the carpet. Having saved $60, I opted to go ahead and get the sanitizer. The cleaning took about an hour and a half for the whole house and the carpets looked great afterwards and were dry in a few hours. The technician worked on some hard stains and got them out! Overall, the service was more expensive than others but I think it was worth the money given the quality of the outcome.

Responded quickly to request for estimate, scheduled the job on short notice, arrived within the time window agreed upon, and completed the job for the price quoted. Overall very pleased with the service. Since I didn't shop around I don't know if the price was fair, but it did seem a little high for the amount of carpet cleaned.

The cleaners are prompt, efficient and friendly. The company always tries to give you the best price possible, often with coupons. The job was done within the hour. Furniture was moved for thorough cleaning. They have a spot remover product which is the best I've ever used; I was given a complimentary can on one of their early visits, but it can also be purchased. For a small extra fee, a stain-resisting solution was applied, but this was optional. Overall, I would not call anyone else for carpet cleaning.
