Description of Work: i contacted them to go an estimate. They were supposed to come within a couple of days. I called 3 days later and they stated they were coming but they never showed up and never called me back. That is very bad customer service. If they were not interested to do my driveway due to it not being a large job then they should have been decent enough to tell me.

+ -1 moreThe quality of the work was exceptional. Scheduling and communications was good. Bobby and his son, Bobby Jr, were both easy to communicate with, but pinning down dates was more problematic. On quality of work they get an A+; on communications only a B. The value of their work was also very high.
Description of Work: Bobby Twine's company cut a 30' long drain channel across my driveway at the house and resurfaced my drive from that cut down to the street. I also had them seal the upper portion of my parking area as it was in good repair (that would be no cracks or problems.)
