Troy and his crew are great. They repaired my fence, installed a new front porch, and new railings on the side porch. Overall, a great company. I only gave 4.5 stars because I had to reinstall my gutters myself at the end of the job. Other than that, I highly recommend. TWF

We used TWF Construction for our concrete patio and renovated our bathroom as well. The TWF Team did a great job. They showed up on time, worked hard, cleaned up, and completed the projects quickly and as scheduled. The best part was the communication and follow up along the way.

Project: Annual cleaning and inspection of two direct vent gas log fireplaces. The people that came were very friendly and did an excellent job of inspecting the duct and vents of the gas fireplaces. One was a direct vent with easy access from the deck, the other the tech had to climb onto the roof. The tech noted a flashing that needed some caulking which he was able to do at an additional fee as this was not part of the original inspection/cleaning task. He did provide a discount as he was already on the roof. Although they cleaned and inspected the vents, they did not perform the items listed in the Heat and Glo annual cleaning and inspection checklist for the fireplace units themselves. I have to get a company in who actually does maintenance and sustainment work on direct vent gas fireplaces. After repeated tries, the tech was not able to actually start the one fireplace he attempted to start and it was obvious he did not know the procedure. I paid and they departed. I would not ask them to come back for a gas fireplace job, however, they were professional and nice, so I would consider them for a project better suited to their knowledge and experience. Rather than scan my credit card, the tech took an actual photo of it with his cell phone. I called the company and they said they would be sure the photo was deleted. I have not gotten a return call confirmation.

Great job by Mike and his team with the vent/duct cleaning! Prompt, very professional, and reasonably priced. Will be hiring them for other things needing to be done at the house. Highly recommend!

Owner is knowledgeable and competent about addressing your concerns regarding your project. However, his Site Supervisor borders on irresponsible about the project's details. Do not contract for cement work! Site Supervisor provided sub-standard work; always looking for easy solutions to major problems that arise. His best talent is providing EXCUSES. Your biggest mistake will be to place your trust into a contractor. Be prepared for changes in contract regarding your project. Do not be fooled by their friendliness. Only contract with TWF Construction Inc if owner can guarantee to be present during entire project. Good Luck with his partner.

I have my chimney cleaned and inspected every year. This is the very first time anyone told me there was a problem with rotten wood. It didn't get that way over night! I really am grateful this company did an actual inspection instead of just taking my money and saying nothing! Thank you TWF!

I was a bit disappointing but I fully understand why he charged me more at the end of the job. I, like him, realized that the job was a bit bigger than when he gave me the original estimate. He did spend extra time making sure that the work was well done, took extra time to explain his work, and did a minor repair on a duct opening where the tube was torn, and he and his assistant cleaned after themselves. I appreciate the extra effort. Thank you.

We had a difficult time finding a company to take on the job of constructing brick steps to our existing front porch. TWF Construction came right out, when contacted. It was a very big project and they did a great job.

TWF Construction did a great job and went above and beyond. Very knowledgeable. The dryer vent was very clogged. Explained why should be cleaned more often. I had a fire hazard. Dryer hose not on tight and lint had been escaping all around electric connections, wall, and floor. They took care of my issue. They were very polite. I would definitely call on them again for any duct, vent or chimney issues. Thank you.

Hired TWF back in 2019 to fix drywall due to a leak and they did a 5 star job. Fast forward to May 2021, hired them them to do drywall repair and paint my master bathroom and they did a horrible job. They have changed workers and do not have the same people that reconstructed my basement and the one drywall person they have now is not good at all. They took 4 days for a job that they told me that it would take no more than 3 and even then did a terrible job. Called them back out and they still failed to fix all of the dry wall and painting mistakes even after spending a full extra day on the project.. Very disappointed and will not useTWF ever again.

With the exception of two cosmetic details that I accepted (should not have in retrospect), the workmanship was very good. Well-qualified crew with exceptional on-site leadership. Very clean job site. Reasonable price. A communication breakdown, however, drops my rating from five stars to four. Without advance notice or agreement, TWF billed me for work outside the contract (replaced decorative stones and landscaping fabric moved to accommodate the construction project). $250 for about a half hour's work by a laborer on site for another purpose who had completed his other duties. I am happy to pay for good work, and generously tip workers who deserve it -- which I did. But I resent surprises and unreasonable markups.
