I was not impressed. The cleaning just wasn't up to par . . . examples: I had dropped my mascara wand in my bathroom sink, that wasn't all cleaned. Small smear of ketchup on the kitchen counter not gone, they didn't get along the edge of the sink in the kitchen, the kitchen floor wasn't cleaned well. Basic things you expect. In addition, they charged $5 more than what I was told on the phone.

Let's start with the carpets. Once the carpets dried, they looked pretty much the same as they did before the "cleaning' was done. The white floor on the master bathroom shower was nasty black and the shower walls were extremely hazy. They looked exactly the same way after they were done. The oven, microwave, and kitchen cupboard/drawers were untouched. All they had to do in the case of the oven was a self cleaning and wiping, but they did not even do that. There was a failed attempt to clean the refrigerator/freezer. There was dust on the top of every single door frame. The crew arrived late and consisted of three ladies, one of them left after a couple of hours and the others left a couple of hours early. The greatest fault for this costly, failed attempt at cleaning my house was mine. I should have told them that they needed to clean the house right or they would not get paid. I also wish I should have taken pictures. After the crew left, I spent approximately eight hours finishing the job (was not able to do do the carpets, because I did not have the right equipment). A few secrets for the cleaning crew: 1) First get organized so that you can efficiently attack the task at hand. 2) Turn the "self-cleaning" oven on first so that you can wipe it at the end of the shift. My wife did it and four hours later we had a clean oven. 3) This is very important; put your cell phones down. 4) Combine a little bit of elbow grease with a baking soda/water paste to scrub grime from bathroom floors and walls. 5) Take a little bit of pride on what you do instead of putting all your efforts on leaving the premises before the job is done. 6) Make sure you deliver on the service that you promised. Two hours after the crew left the house, a person who I assume is the owner, called and told me that $500 was not enough. I should have put a stop-payment on the check. DO NOT use this company!!!

This company is owned by Mary and she has several girls working for her. They do very well. They’re very good, and they do the corners and stuff like that. They make sure that I’m happy. If there’s something wrong and if I tell them, they apologize and do that right away. They’re very good with price. In fact I gave them extra one time because they were so good. Their quality of work and responsiveness are good. They are punctual. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I'm a perfectionist when it comes to a clean house. They definitely met my standards. They made everything shine. It was an excellent cleaning service and I highly recommend them. Mary is a woman of integrity and that speaks a lot about her and her service.
