Ladysmith is a small town and they are the only heating and air company I know of.
Description of Work: I used Ladysmith Heating & Air. The air conditioning was not working so they had to replace a part that they had to order. It was a minor thing.

The installation and quality of the work performed appears to be very good. Specifically, Ladysmith was prompt and timely on the installation, cleaned up both the interior and exterior job site. The actual installers were friendly and courteous. The only challenge was getting the details of the quote and the detailed specifications on the unit being installed which seems to be a theme based on the other HVAC companies that I contacted.
Description of Work: Removed an existing heat pump and reinstalled a new heat pump with air handler.

We have used Ladysmith Heating and Air Conditioning for a long time now and depend on them for their honesty and reliability. They came out quickly when we called and promptly figured out what the problem was and fixed it. Their service people were nice, taking the time to explain what needed to be done and why. I don't recall the price for this repair, but they are more than fair compared to others. I recommend them.
Description of Work: They installed a new heat pump in our furnace.
