They did a good job of cleaning gutters and eves. However, had to call several times to get lattice and planters stained, other portions of deck--came out and did finally, but didn't finish the job nor did what contracted for. Never could get them back out to finish the job.

The job was completed with professionalism from beginning to end. My deck is 33 X 12 feet with railings, pickets, steps, and gates and the job was completed in a day and a half. I was able to text photos of the deck with measurements to Eric and he gave me a reasonable quote from that. I requested that he come out to view the deck to be sure we were on the same page, and he came out to my house and confirmed his quote. I had two other quotes and Eric's was in line to what I thought the staining would cost and was the most reasonable. The deck looks super! I am very pleased and I would not hesitate in using American House Wash and Wood Care in the future and would definitely recommend this company. It's felt so good to have someone dependable and trustworthy to complete this job.

House looks fantastic! It's white again. American Housewash were able to give us an appointment in a very short time. They showed up on time and finished the job in record time. Have had them wash the house in the past and, like this time, we were very pleased with the work.

They were great. They were prompt and courteous. They worked steadily and were really careful. They did a great job. They were really honest about what they could and couldn't do. They told me upfront so I knew what I was getting. The price was more than fair. The quality was excellent. He wasn't able to come right away and he explained that one of his workers had gotten sick. It was like a week later than what he said it would be but that was fine with me. They were very professional.

I was impressed with him. He gave us quotes and he came in and he spent from 7 in the morning until 6 at night and his quotes were a bit lower than what he said it would cost. He's extremely honest. He counted by the hour, that's how he computes what he charges you. He was excellent. He was just amazing. The house looks brand new when he was done. He used the mildew remover. So he was up on the roof from 7-1 and then from 1-6, he did the outside of the house. He never stopped working.

Eric was professional and courteous and responded very fast. He was able to give me a quote via the phone once I sent him some pictures of the deck and measurements. Extremely responsive and spoke to me several times on the phone even after hours and answered all my questions. His quote was only slightly higher than the competition only because he would have had to incur travel time expense in order to get to the job site.

Eric was very detailled in his estimate and very helpful in explaining our options. The work was high quality and the team was professional. Will use again!!!

Never showed to perform work. what ashame i really felt good about the service but he gave me a quote and never showed to do work. Bad way to run a business!!!

The overall job was terrific, but it was the details that were really done well.

First we called a number of this areas pressure washers for an estimate. Only American House Wash agreed to do the roof, and if he had time to do the entire roof and house in one day we would get a better price.
